Welcome - Introduction

Welcome to Michael's Meal Plan 2009 

This Blog is to follow what I eat online - once again - I need to lose weight and I need to get healthy.  Also I need to find employment and I think people are bias to overweight people.  So here goes -- the same plan as What is Michael Eating - will be followed

1600 to 1800 Cal/ day with an absolute MAX of 2000 Cal

I will write everything down as I eat it and caloric value - if unknown take a photo also dinners will be via photo as well
