I am started the calorie following today - my stomach did not enjoy the Easter meal for some reason - it was good but I need to watch what I eat in addition to exercise - the pants need to be more comfortable as well - I don't want to go up another waist size.
Breakfast
Quaker Oatmeal - Weight Control - Maple Brown Sugar x 2 = 320 Cal (160x2)
Coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 - 40 Cal
Glass Ice Water
Cleansing Tea - Lemon Flavored Green Tea
most likely ~ 400 Cal
