Well let me see
I woke up sort of late - 9ish
was working around the house and needed to take some papers up to rents - so took them and had oatmeal with nuts and brown sugar and a tall latte
Then let me see - got home finished 1/2 chocolate donut from DD

Then went to Fry's for some emergency equipment
I had a Chocolate Odwalla protein drink - 440 Cal
I had Krystal - 3x spicy chick with fries and ice tea ???

Then dinner is pictured - however had some left over apple dumpling desert
and some pretzels and 5 ~ 10 pieces of cooling sour patch kids
WORKED OUT
24 Hr fitness - but all in all a bad day food wise - I mean I ate what I wanted but NOT the healthiest options
