Well today is 1st day back from California
I woke up by 8:30 and mowed the front lawn
then napped while watching some murder she wrote
then I worked on some bills and other home issues
I had lunch around 4 pm or about
Taco Bell
I know Not Healthy
1 Bean Burrito w/ cheese & Fire Sauce
1 Nacho with Cheese
1 Grilled Stuffed Burrito w/ Steak
Large Baja Rush Mtn Dew
That is the sum total of consumption as of 21:00 hrs
I did have 2 or 3 oreo knockoffs - with chocolate creme & 1 ding dong
Diet A&W Rootbeer

Clean up - Monday 4:20 2009 - Bk Lunch Dinner
Hello
Well let me see
I woke up sort of late - 9ish
was working around the house and needed to take some papers up to rents - so took them and had oatmeal with nuts and brown sugar and a tall latte
Then let me see - got home finished 1/2 chocolate donut from DD

Then went to Fry's for some emergency equipment
I had a Chocolate Odwalla protein drink - 440 Cal
I had Krystal - 3x spicy chick with fries and ice tea ???

Then dinner is pictured - however had some left over apple dumpling desert
and some pretzels and 5 ~ 10 pieces of cooling sour patch kids
WORKED OUT
24 Hr fitness - but all in all a bad day food wise - I mean I ate what I wanted but NOT the healthiest options

I am started the calorie following today - my stomach did not enjoy the Easter meal for some reason - it was good but I need to watch what I eat in addition to exercise - the pants need to be more comfortable as well - I don't want to go up another waist size.
